So here I am..

My name is Surbhi Badal, an ordinary girl. I was born in Uttar Pradesh and brought up in Madhya Pradesh because my father's job was in MP so we shifted here. I'm a MBA student and here I'm writing about myself.

At first, I'm very hesitate to even talk but once I get comfortable then I am an excellent communicator. And I make sure to give right information to people because it drives better results. I feel responsible to keep everyone on the same page. At the time of schooling, my friends always treats me as a leader, or should I say "their leader" and now I feel it too. My family also gave me a name that I'm very organised person because I like to organise my stuffs, my situations always in a manner like we make a time table of everything and try to follow that but originally I'm that person without a time table. I too feel that I am ambitious and driven because I am not comfortable with settling, I am always looking for an opportunity to do better and achieve greatness. You know, everyone is different in their own way. But one point is there which is same with everyone. We people are result-oriented. We like to see our results at the end that how we have performed. I too eagerly wait for my results of every task I do. I constantly check in with the goal to determine how close or far away I am and what it will take to make it happen.
